The Courses and Workshops of the UC Doctoral Schools are face-to-face and have a limited number of vacancies. We will accept applications according to the order of registration until January 28. This survey aims to collect these applications.
These courses will be held in English.
Applicants will be notified by email by January 31st and should confirm their presence in the training by the date indicated in the acceptance email.
There will be a waiting list for each training. The final list of registrants will be confirmed no later than the day before the course.
Those who confirm their registration and do not attend the course will be barred from participating in other Doctoral School courses/workshops in the year 2021/22.
ALL STUDENTS MUST PRESENT A VACCINATION CERTIFICATE OR ANTIGENIUM TEST WITHIN THE LAST 48 hours AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE PRESENCE COURSES.
FROM FEBRUARY 2022, EACH DOCTORAL STUDENT MAY ONLY ATTEND A MAXIMUM OF THREE COURSES IN DOCTORAL SCHOOLS BY THE END OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR.

The personal data collected in this form will not be communicated to third parties. They will be kept for as long as they are necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned in the first paragraph, after which the data will be eliminated within a maximum period of 2 years.
Only the data necessary for the maintenance of the database that allows the organization of the event, as well as for sending results and reports to the funder, namely statistics of diversity in the teams (age and gender of the members), will be collected.
