The European Researchers' Night (ERN) is an event that takes place every year in several cities in Europe, promoting proximity between researchers and the general public.
As in the previous editions, the Institute of Interdisciplinary Research (iiiUC), as representative of the University of Coimbra, is part of a national consortium that launched the theme SCIEVER - SCIENCE FOR EVERYONE - Sustainability and Inclusion.
The 2023 Edition of ERN Coimbra will be on September 29th from 5pm to 00am, with the aim of bringing citizens of Coimbra closer to UC researchers. In this sense, this edition will have a "Science Route" (from Portagem to Praça 8 de maio, including Praça do Comércio), where several researchers will share their Science.
You can also present your PhD work in a Speed Dating format (communication with a maximum time of 3 minutes). You will also receive training and a certificate.
Thus, this questionnaire aims to collect the necessary information from those who want to volunteer to promote the ERN 2023.

The personal data collected in this form will not be communicated to entities outside the Consortium. They shall be kept for as long as necessary, after which they shall be eliminated within a maximum period of 2 years.
Only the data necessary for the maintenance of the database that allows the organization of the event, as well as for sending results and reports to the sponsor, namely statistics of diversity in the teams (as the age and gender of the members), will be collected.
