European Researchers' Night 2023 | Activities Proposal

 

This form intends to collect Activity Proposals for the Presential Programme of the ERN Coimbra 2022.

The deadline for submission is  June 22nd, 5pm June 28th, 5pm (NEW DEADLINE).

THEME: SCIEVER - SCIENCE FOR EVERYONE - Sustainability and Inclusion

The European Researchers' Night will take place in Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra and Évora on September 29th, 2023, 5pm to midnight. 

 

ERN COIMBRA 2023 PROGRAM

The program of ERN Coimbra 2023 will include several face-to-face activities that will take place outdoors in a "Science Route" at Coimbra Downtown (from Portagem to Praça 8 de Maio, including Praça do Comércio) and interacting directly with the population and the citizens of Coimbra. 

Given the limited number of spaces, the submission of activities does not imply or confirm their integration into the event. They will be subject to an evaluation that will integrate the following criteria:

1) approach to the project's theme;

2) interactivity with the public;

3) diversity of institutions present;

4) team diversity;

5) originality.

The representatives of the proposals will be contacted, at the latest, at the beginning of September about the distribution of the activities.

The personal data collected on this form will not be communicated to entities outside the Consortium. They shall be kept for as long as they are required to fulfill the purposes mentioned in the first paragraph, after which they shall be deleted within a maximum period of 2 years.

Only the data necessary for the maintenance of the database that allows the organisation of the event, as well as for sending results and reports to the sponsor, namely statistics of diversity in the teams (age and gender of the members), shall be collected.
