Legal information and informed consent
The data controller, the UC, through the Institute for Interdisciplinary Research (III), guarantees compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, as well as other applicable legislation. Only the data necessary to maintain the database that allows the event to be organised will be collected. The data collected will be kept for two years, after which it will be destroyed. Under the law, the respondent has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and opposition and is not to be subject to automated decisions, which can be exercised at any time in writing to iii@uc.pt. There will be no communications, connections or transfers of data to third countries.
