Diabetes Knowledge Questionnaire - MAD 2025

Welcome to the Diabetes Knowledge Questionnaire, conducted for the V MAD meeting. The questionnaire contains items that will help to understand the knowledge that participants have about diabetes. The purpose is to statistically analyze the data and present it in the 'Literacy, Ethics, and Policies' session on February 4th, demonstrating an example of what can be achieved with health measurement instruments. Thus, the questionnaire will only be available until the end of the first day of the event (February 3rd).
Please take the time you need to answer all the questions. Your honesty in filling out this questionnaire is very important. CEISUC is the entity responsible for processing of the data. As this questionnaire is anonymous (you do not need to identify yourself), we guarantee the complete confidentiality of the data provided. Therefore, no one can ever be identified from the results of this survey. Nonetheless, to reinforce this, we have made the personal data questions (age and sex) optional. However, despite this, we would very much appreciate it if you would fill them out. Please answer YES to each of the following three questions to give your consent to the completion of this survey.

Thank you very much for your collaboration.
